How do I book, and when do you want money?
Deposit is required in order for your reservation to be secure.
Balance of payment is required 45 days prior to departure.
Payment must be made in full for any booking made within 45 days prior to departure.
Our preferred method of payment is e transfer sent to firstname.lastname@example.org [ answer/password “bus”]

U.S TOURS: In the event of a significant drop in the Canadian dollar, Taste and See Tours may need to increase the price of that tour. In which case you would be given the option to cancel your tour with a full refund.
What if I need to cancel?
If you need to cancel your trip (under deposit) 45 days prior to departure, you will be refunded your deposit less a $50.00 processing fee.
Cancellations within 45 days prior to departure will be non-refundable.
Cancellation Insurance is recommended. Information on cancellation insurance can be obtained by contacting Wendy St.Peter at (506) 433-3238.
Taste and See Tours highly recommends the purchase of cancellation insurance and medical insurance especially for travel in the United States. Insurance must be purchased at time of reservation.
In the event of a cancellation of your roommate, the new occupancy charge will be applied to your reservation.
How much luggage can I take?
You can take one large suitcase (as long as Steve can lift it…) which is stored in the luggage compartment beneath the bus, one carry-on bag suitable for storage in the overhead compartment or under your seat, and a purse.
For your return trip, we understand that you may have done some shopping. If you are concerned about taking up too much space, just talk to Steve. He is a master at making room.
Do I have to keep changing seats on the Bus?
No, we actually assign seat numbers according to the individual needs of our passengers, therefore not requiring you to keep “getting settled” in your new seat. If you have requests or specific needs, we take that into consideration.
Booking early on our tours helps ensure your seat preference.
We are a sensitive bunch…
Taste and See Tours is sensitive to those with allergies, and appreciate all passengers being courteous by refraining from wearing strong perfumes and scents. You are sweet enough without it.
Make sure you have your docs In Line
For heaven’s sake don’t forget your Passport if we are going to the United States.
Taste and See Tours cannot be held responsible for any passenger who is denied entrance into the United States. That would be horrible, and then you have to find your own way back home. Not fun!
All the legal stuff we need to say
Taste and See Tours cannot assume responsibility for any claims, losses, damages, cost or expenses arising out of personal injury, accidents or death, loss, damaged or delay of baggage or other property, or delay.
Taste and See Tours cannot accept responsibility for itinerary changes in accommodations, transportation, attractions, but will do everything in our power to make substitute arrangements of equal value.
Taste and See Tours’ main priority is that all travelers enjoy their vacation to its fullest. With that being said, Taste and See Tours has the right to ask any participant to leave the tour should his/her behavior disrupt the group. In this unlikely event no refund will be given.
We ask that no alcoholic beverages be consumed the motor coach.
